With years of environmental experience and a unique global reach – working with governments, communities and businesses – means we’re in a strong position to take a lead on tackling climate change.
Our world is fast filling up with environmental issues that are only going to intensify. The consequences of mistreatment of the environment is undoubtedly been felt mostly in the developing world. At AGL we believe it’s all our responsibility to offer advice and adopt policies to help protect, not just those developing countries but the entire world. AGL is one of those organisations that are tackling these issues head on, managing the risks and exploiting opportunities.
It’s our mission to minimising the impact of carbon footprint on the environment, by placing community responsibility and commitment to environmental sustainability at the centre of our business plan.
In order to minimise waste AGL evaluate operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible. Including toxic emissions, the selections and usage of fleets and the requirements necessary for powering them. We actively encourage and promote recycling, not just internally but amongst our clients and suppliers.
In the energy industry we constantly highlight the importance of having a greener planet. Waste in this particular industry is critical in terms of disposing and maintaining safe storage. So we encourage our partners to do their bit and halve their carbon footprint and CO2 emission by setting targets.
